What are out of plan charges?

All QuickPBX plans include free minutes and you can forward your calls to anywhere in US, Canada.

But if you want to forward your calls to an International phone number that is not included in our plan, you will be charged with the rate of calling that destination.

For out of plan call forwarding we use our sister company VoIPVoIP.com and you can find the rates of call forwarding charges per minute at rates.voipvoip.com

For these charges you'll need to buy at least $10 of prepaid credit at My Account link.

You can also enable automatic recharge option for your prepaid account. With this option ON each time your balance falls below $2.00 threshold, your credit card will automatically be charged at the increment of your choice. This option will ensure that your account will always have funds and that you will be able to receive calls at all times. You service will never be cut off as a result of an insufficient balance, as long as your credit card is valid.

How many minutes are included in my plan? What's the per-minute rate?

Both QuickPBX plans include free minutes, but if you go over you'll be charged a per-minute rate of just 2.9 cents per minute fro myour prepaid credit as well.

What happens if I don't buy prepaid credit for out of plan charges?

Your calls will be automatically forwarded to voicemail.


What happens if I cannot pay the monthly fee of my plan?

You will be notified with an email that your monthly fee has not been charged and if you do not pay the monthly fee of your plan in one week, your account will be cancelled.
