How do I cancel my service?

There are no contracts with QuickPBX and you can cancel your account any time. To cancel your account, you need to open a help ticket for one of QuickPBX customer care representatives.

In order to open a Help Ticket:

1. Login to My Account.

2. Go to the "Help Desk" tab and then click on the " New Ticket " link.

3. Enter a message requesting cancellation of your service or virtual number.

4. Click on "Create" button.

Your email will be responded by a QuickPBX customer care representative in 24 hours and you will be notified as well when your service is cancelled.

Can I place my QuickPBX account on hold?

Unfortunately you cannot place your QuickPBX account on hold.
